I work with people at each stage of their leadership journey and people looking to make a career transition.
One thing all my clients have in common is that:
- They are ready and willing to put the work in to achieve their goals and aspirations
- They have a lot going on in their lives and wear many hats
- They appreciate someone to hold them accountable

Who I Am
A certified professional coach (IPEC) with an ICF ACC certification… but I am not “just a coach.” I’ve navigated these tough career challenges and emerged as a successful, confident and authentic leader.
I am Someone who has actually done it
- I have led large, multi-disciplined teams ranging from 50-200 people
- I have been accountable for a P&L
- I have turned around large complex transformations
- I have built teams and created new departments from the ground up
- I have held client facing and operational leadership roles
- I have held sales and business development leadership roles
- I have sat in front of the executive and delivered news that they did not want to hear, and lived to tell the tale
I am someone who had to find my own path
- I had to define my leadership brand and style, understanding my strengths and impact, and learn how to elevate and scale that at each stage of my journey
- Not taking the “traditional path” I had to define my leadership brand, and take time to understand my strengths and values. Once I understood those I could articulate the type of leader I wanted to be and how I would make an impact
I am someone who embraces a growth mindset
- I regularly make mistakes, and learn from them. I take time to listen to feedback and reflect before making changes
- I strongly believe that abilities can be developed through dedication and effort. This mindset drives exceptional results
I am Someone who also looked out for their teams
- I have created space and opportunities for new leaders
- I have created inclusive spaces and built teams with a diverse set of skills and experiences
- I have supported my team through the triumphs and challenges of their personal lives
I am someone who had to learn it takes a village – the hard way
- I was hardworking, persistent and creative, I always found a way to get things done and believed hardwork was rewarded … eventually! As my roles became bigger this was not a sustainable model. I learnt how to build my team to broaden my impact. I learnt how to articulate what I needed and to seek out those who could help me, or have them connect me to someone who could
- Rather than trying to “fix” my weaknesses, I learned to lean into my strengths and build a team of mentors and reverse mentors around me who had different strengths and experiences from me
- I benefited from coaching at different points in my career as I took on expanded leadership roles
I am someone who Cares deeply about DE&I
- I have built, and led build diverse teams that leverage the unique perspectives and talents of each team member. I valued and respected differences, created environments where all voices were heard and valued
- I championed diversity, equity and inclusion in all my leadership roles
- I facilitated learning sessions to help other leaders understand the importance of DE&I and how to take practical steps towards improvements with their own teams
- I believe allyship is important
